Washing part

The spraying time is ≥3 seconds, the draining time is ≥3 seconds, and the residual water in the bottle is required to be ≤3-5 drops after draining.

 

Filling part
All parts in contact with the product are 304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the filling cylinder is mirror polished. The valve opening mechanism is driven by the cylinder, and the action is accurate and reliable. High-speed, large-flow, high-precision filling valve, fast filling speed and accurate liquid level. Equipped with complete CIP circuit and control procedures, equipment cleaning is carried out on the spot.

Capping part
There is no gnawing cover, high cover, crooked cover and curling of the cover. The cap-arranging system adopts a side-mounted structure, which saves the cap-feeding machine. 304 stainless steel lower cover slideway, a photoelectric switch is installed on the lower cover slideway, which automatically controls the start and stop of the cap-arranging machine. It can realize the function of automatic shutdown without bottle without cap and lower cap without cap.

B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
