Beverage Machinery-Equipment characteristics:

3-in-1 filling monoblock, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy. 

1. Using the wind sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier. 2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough.. 3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution. 4. High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid lose. 5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.

Flow Chart

Rinser:

1. The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
2. The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
3. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
4. All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
5. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

8. Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

Filler:

1. Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.
2. Gravity filling method.
3. Filling valves are made of SUS316L.
4. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
5. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
6. Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.
7. Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
8. Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck.

Capper:
Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:
The equipment is designed and used the technology of  Arol from Italy, most advance technology in the world, developed with the experience of asepsis filling machine. For example, I) extruding wheel (main part to control the stability when sealing), uses the technology of Arol. Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. II) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.
Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.
The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.
Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.
A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.

RO water treatment system

We adopt different equipment to produce pure water, mineral water etc. The main equipment of RO Water Treatment Plant are silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank etc. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese etc, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.

B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
