Can Filling Sealing Machine 2-in-1
The machine is my company to introduce the Swiss company filling and sealing technology, after digestion and absorption, the design and manufacture of cans filling cans can be widely used with gas drinks, beer and other cans filling and sealing. Main features of can filling machine:
(1) This machine has compact structure, complete control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation;
(2) To change the bottle shape, only need to replace the screw cap part of the star wheel, and the arc guide plate can be realized;
(3) The parts in contact with the materials are made of 304 stainless steel, no process dead angle, easy to clean;
(4) The high-speed filling valve is adopted, and the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, ensuring the requirements of the filling process;
(5) The capping head adopts a magnetic constant torque device to ensure the capping quality without damaging the cap;
(6) Adopt an ideal cover management system with complete automatic control and protection devices;
(7) It is equipped with a complete overload protection device, which can effectively protect the equipment;
(8) The control system has functions such as production speed control, missing cap detection, automatic stop of jammed bottles, and output counting;

(10) The operation of the whole machine adopts advanced touch screen control, which can realize man-machine dialogue operation.
Filling Unit:
The prepared raw materials are entered into the cylinder of the filling machine through pipes and other equipment, and the material inlet of the cylinder is equipped with a pneumatic disc valve to control the height of the material in the cylinder.When the material is insufficient, the pneumatic disc valve opens and the material flows into the cylinder.When the material is in the high material position, the pneumatic disc valve is closed and the feed is stopped. The empty can is delivered through the canister, which is separated into a certain distance through the split screw of the inlet, and then is transferred to the filling valve, and then the quantitative filling of the material is carried out.At last, the hook chain is put into the sealing process.
Sealing Unit:
Put a certain amount of tank cover on the lid of the cover, and the entire slide can be set up to about 300 cans (the operators are placed one to two minutes apart). On the slide of the sealing machine, close switch is installed. When the signal is detected, the cylinder of the cap knife will be fired, the tank cover will fall to the cover, and the cover will be sent to the tank to connect with the tank.When the tray is up, the tank cover is in contact with the pressure head, and the top of the tank is rotated with the top of the tank, the tank body and the tray.At the same time, under the action of the sealing CAM, the first and second seals are carried out, and then the can be transferred to the filling box of the box.
Can Stacker:
A fixed hydraulic lifting platform is used for semi-automatic frame loading and unloading. Equipped with automatic induction stacking device and rising induction device. The material is A3 steel 120#, 50 square steel, 50 angle steel is made of 304 stainless steel in contact with the tank.
