GYF series 2-in-1 filling machine is automatic filling and capping. It is suitable for all kinds of edible oil, juice, seasoning etc. This series products apply electronic measuring mode and special liquid component to realize low foam volumetric filling and can realize non-contact filling under all temperature condition. Adopt ALCOA capping technology to realize full direction COP cleaning.

Main Features

• The air conveyor is directly connected with starwheel. The starwheel has the bottle separation function and bottle neck holding device. When the bottle size is changed, only few parts of spares need to be changed.
• Bottle transferring is by bottle neck holding way. Few parts of spares need to be changed when the bottle size is changed.
• The spraying nozzle makes rinsing water be sprayed by a setted angle, so the bottle could be cleaned completely and the rinsing water is saved.
• The machine must be designed with corrosion resistance, long life, no lubrication, so as to decrease the cost.
• The bottle-out starwheel is of screw down shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain's height, just change some arc and starwheel which will only take 10 minutes.
• Making corresponding filling forms according to different materials, so as to satisfy the filing requirement, also, it can be cleaned with CIP circuit system.

• 1. Installation and adjustment
     After the equipment are arrived at the customer's site, the customers is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and do under our install-adjust technicians' guidance.
     According to requirement of water, electricity, air and steam consumption and the demands of quality level and pipeline, the User should connect the wire, cable and pipe of water, air and steam to the special position ordered in the installation area of production line ahead of time. Other relevant matching equipment and project should be finished before we adjust our equipment.
     We'll bring a suit of portable installation and adjustment tools ourselves during the period of installing and adjusting, the other instruments we need should be furnished by the customer for free including oxygen, acetylene angry, argon, etc. needed in the installation and adjustment site. 
     The customer should dispatch the capable person to accept training in the installing site.
     2.Training
     We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. The training lessons are finished in the process of installation and adjustment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. 
     3.Quality assurance
     We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, unused, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.
