1)    Washing Part
The new bottles enter the equipment through the bottle dividing screw and star wheel. The clamp and turnover mechanism clamp the bottle mouth and turn it to the bottle mouth downward. After washing with sterile water, drain it. The bottles automatically turn over to the bottle mouth upward and are transported to the next process through the star wheel. The main structure of the equipment, the contact part with the flushing medium and the external protective cover are made of stainless steel. Drive by open gear.
New stainless steel clamp makes the structure simple and easy to adjust. The contact area with the bottle mouth is small, which can effectively avoid the secondary pollution to the bottle mouth.
The water inlet pipe of bottle washing machine is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure stabilizing valve.
A water receiving tray is installed to recover the bottle flushing water.
The washing volume of each bottle type is 105ml / S (at 0.25MPa).

2)    Filling Part
Our company introduces German technology, designing and manufacturing by ourselves.Uses the principle of equal pressure filling, so as to fill the liquid into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.The filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanical valve, which makes the filling process quick and sensitive, with high precision of filling liquid level.
Touching guide adopts lifting cylinder with touching pre cover structure. The unique bottle mouth clamping technology ensures the accurate sealing between the bottle mouth and the filling valve, and reduces the leakage of materials from the bottle mouth.
The main drive adopts gear drive. It is also called open combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Adopt frequency converter to control the speed of the main motor of the machine. And the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion to adjust speed.
The structure of the bottle guiding system is simple, and it can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the structure of clamping bottle neck for conveying.

3)    Capping Part
The caps arranged by the capping device are pressed onto the filled bottles, and then send bottles to the next process by the conveyor chain.
The capping machine drives the rotary disc to rotate through the reducer. The cover leaves the hopper from the cover outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the negative cover passes by, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe.The negative cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind force. Only the positive cover can enter into the slide smoothly. The photoelectric automatically detect the cover quantity to control the cover conveyor, so as to ensure the best effect of the cover putting.

• 1. Installation and adjustment
     After the equipment are arrived at the customer's site, the customers is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and do under our install-adjust technicians' guidance.
     According to requirement of water, electricity, air and steam consumption and the demands of quality level and pipeline, the User should connect the wire, cable and pipe of water, air and steam to the special position ordered in the installation area of production line ahead of time. Other relevant matching equipment and project should be finished before we adjust our equipment.
     We'll bring a suit of portable installation and adjustment tools ourselves during the period of installing and adjusting, the other instruments we need should be furnished by the customer for free including oxygen, acetylene angry, argon, etc. needed in the installation and adjustment site. 
     The customer should dispatch the capable person to accept training in the installing site.
     2.Training
     We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. The training lessons are finished in the process of installation and adjustment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. 
     3.Quality assurance
     We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, unused, with latest design and suitable material made, and we guarantee the specification of the equipment is consonance with the contract.
